I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002 with a Speech Communications degree. Two months later, I married my wife Kristin, and we served in ministry as a youth minister and later church planter/pastor. Our daughter Leslie was born in 2004, and our second daughter Kenna was born in 2006. In 2012, I became a Math Lab Assistant at South Knoll Elementary in College Station, and got certified to teach. In 2013, I joined the faculty of College Station High School as a US History teacher. On my first day of New Teacher University, I was offered the job of Speech Coach. I later also became a Student Council Co-Sponsor and added Psychology to my course load. In my third year, I gave up US History and added Sociology, Communication Applications, and Debate, as well as being a part of CSISD's inaugural Teacher Leader Academy and then joining the Coaching Crew as we lead out in coaching and video coaching initiatives on our campus.
Oh, and I started my Masters in Educational Administration through Lamar University in January.
